As kids, my sister and I had most of our clothes made by our dressmaker mother. The beauty of creating clothes yourself is that you can alter patterns almost perfectly to flatter your shape. However, as we grew older, the time we had to dedicate to making clothes quickly reduced down to nothing and we began shopping for our wardrobes in stores like our peers.

Choosing clothes that flatter, are cheap, fit well and are also part of our individual styles became a challenge in itself, even without the added difficulty of our bodies changing almost constantly during adolescence.

On top of all that, providing advice to friends was nearly impossible given their unique bodies and styles, even without the added minefield of trying to be both honest and diplomatic!

So now that we’re past all that, we decided to create an app to hopefully take some of the guessing out of buying clothes and to help you get that fashion advice right every time!
